Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Refunds are welcome as long as they are returned in the same condition/packaging they were mailed in within 15 days of receiving your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. International return policies vary, please inquire.


My artwork is not intended for children. My work is metal, it is heavy, it is jagged, and is not intended to be played with. I am not liable for any injuries or damages which occur involving my artwork.

Items ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Phoenix Metal Works is located in Pennsylvania, USA. All items available on the site will provide accurate shipping cost during the purchasing process.
I will send an email update when your item has been shipped. Most shipments are shipped via USPS. Some larger sculptures may need to be shipped via FedEx or UPS. Please send an email for an accurate quote to your specific location on custom orders.
I am willing to ship anywhere worldwide and will work with you to find the cheapest, fastest, and best method for shipping. However there is not a guaranteed time frame on international shipping as it depends on customs of the country you are coming from.

International Shipping- IMPORTANT: Buyers are responsible for any and all duties, taxes, levies or fees incurred at point of entry to the buyer's country. We do ship worldwide but please be aware that shipping transit times vary greatly depending on the destination and local customs laws. Any customs fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer, we have no control over what destination countries charge and it varies greatly as well. We are not responsible for product loss due to customs issues.
